	Michael DeRuosi President and Co-Founder of License Locators, Inc., has over eighteen years of sales experience. Since the inception of License Locators, he has brokered over two thousand Alcoholic Permit transactions. Mr. DeRuosi has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Psychology from SDSU. Michael DeRuosi is also a licensed Real Estate Broker with the California Department of Real Estate and a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Central Valley Association of Realtors, and the Sacramento Metrolist Multiple Listing Service.
	Michael Brewer Vice President and Co-Founder of License Locators, Inc., is also the president of Alcoholic Beverage Consulting Service. Over the last fifteen years, he has personally handled over four thousand Alcoholic Beverage License Applications. Prior to joining ABCS, Michael Brewer was a federal auditor. Mr. Brewer holds Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from San Diego State University. In addition, he is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers, California Restaurant Association, and National State Conference of Liquor Administrators.
	Arthur Harris Sales Manager for License Locators, Inc., has successfully negotiated and closed hundreds of liquor license transactions.
